How do I check out?

We have an easy self-checkout process. We’ll send you a check-out reminder just the night before your departure to confirm all details such as where to leave your keys.

Can I extend my stay?

We try to be as accommodating as possible with booking extensions but the more notice you give us, the more we’ll be able to help. Where possible, we’ll try to keep you in the same apartment. Otherwise, we’ll do our best to find you a similar apartment which is nearby. We’ll also move your belongings for you.

Can I stay in your apartments with my family?

Yes, our apartments come in a variety of shapes and sizes and are perfect for both individuals and families. 

Do you provide parking?

Some of our apartments offer parking facilities. Our Account Management Team will be able to provide information about this at the booking stage. Where we are not able to offer parking, we may be able to provide information about parking in the local area. Get in touch for any enquiries.

Do you provide towels & bedding?

All our apartments include towels and bedding, and you can use the washing machine and detergent in the room during your stay here. We also provide extra housekeeping service, which is chargeable.

Loved it and would definitely stay here if we visit Osakaagain!

Stayed in typical small hotel rooms in Tokyo last year which were uncomfortable so decided to try an apartment this time round in Osaka. lt's our BEST decision ever to book Ostay! Apartment was clean, spacious, cozy and had all the basic amenities required. Cups, bowls, plates, knife, cutlery,pot & pan are provided for minimal cooking. Microwave, fridge, washing machine, hairdryer and vacuum cleaner are in good condition. Best part is the shower heater/cooler/dryer/air ventilator, Our washed clothes are dried overnight which is really helpfulon a trip

Excellent place to stay...

Feel like home... walking distance to Shin Osaka Station, Staff was helpful and quick response.This was my 2nd stay at Ostay Shin Osaka.There were washing machine, dryer at bathroom, refrgerator, microwace,stoves, cooking utensils,cutleries, plate,etc, Bed was comfortable.
