Yamato and SAMTY contribute to Ostay through funds operated by Japan ACA Group, an investment company that has established branches in Japan and Singapore. Dahe has also established a capital business partnership with ACA, jointly operating funds invested in Asian startups. SAMTY intends to convert its holdings of real estate into accommodation facilities in Ostay to increase revenue.
